Bought a new home in Hillcrest
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
The whole experience was easy. You trusted them. You were always welcome. Our Area Manager, Jeff, told us, "Wendy, you can have anything you want, we just have to work out how we're going to do it." We felt Jeff was genuinely interested in what we wanted and were doing. We were given hard hats and we could visit our home while it was under construction after we signed in at the show home. We didn't feel like we were imposing on him or making too many changes. It was just a very very easy process.
