My regular snow removal company who I had for many years only serviced me for the month of December and has disappeared with my money! I was referred to Snow Angels & they turned up immediately. Did the best job ever and I am thrilled with them- I am a disabled senior and their kindness is much appreciated.
Feb.8/08- used them for many years, satisfied but this year do not know what has happened. They came in December, once on Jan.8.and since then nothing. Made numerous calls, e-mail message (which I have documented) none returned. I am a disabled senior and realize I have lost my money and have had to engage another company. Tried the BBB but they cannot help; I had good communication with Sullivan wife but it is not like her to ignore me. I have been told they have gone out of business.
