Very honest and upfront, tells it like it is. I called them after the first plumber failed to do that job, and they were a big improvement. He's not a salesman and only wants to fix what's broke, not charge you extra for anything.
He put in a temporary plug in pump and never came back for it. We couldn't keep him on the job, he kept leaving and was not focused. He still has my water pump and never finished the job. Would not recommend. After about 10 months, I had to get another plumber to come in and put in a new pump.
Excellent service, excellent clean up. they were fast and they were efficient. I found them in the phone book, them and others. Chose them because they have an awesome warranty. Grant is great to work with
