We were extremely happy with the service we received from Dwayne Torrens and his team from CoolFlame Heating and Cooling. They replacd our 30 year old Furnace and Air Conditioning Unit in early summer 2016. Our air conditioner stopped working just before a forecasted heat wave. We called Dwayne and he was able to come out the next day to assess the situation. We decided to replace both the furnace and air conditioning unit at the same time, as well as having an humidifier installed. Dwayne was friendly, honest and professional. He gave us options and did not try to encourage us to purchase anything more than was necessary. The work was completed quickly and the space was left tidy. I will recommend Dwayne to anyone who is having HVAC issues. I'm looking forward to a toasty winter in our home with our new furnace. Thanks Dwayne.
