I bought the house with a sad backyard composed of a vinyl shed with rotting floor boards, pressure treated deck that was dismal and two doors that were a make shift garbage bin shed. The vine and weed covered chain link fence between my neighbor and myself was an eyesore that was getting worse. Having worked with Rodrigo and his team many times before, I called him in to bring it to life. With this project, I learned that when I want to dream, dream big! I am completely incompetent to design anything, so simply pointed that I wanted the deck to be extended to here. A nice pathway for my bins and a shed. My neighbor agreed to remove the fence, asked if we could keep the privacy line around 4' tall and a 'Japanese wave' design at the top. That was all the instructions I was able to provide. Within about 3 weeks, the old ruins were removed, solid footings and posts were installed, pathway dug out and then fully completed. In beautiful cedar, Rodrigo designed and built a 'Grande Piano' shaped back deck, a stunning fence, all finished edges. The stone pathway is spectacular. My neighbor has the fence of her dreams, the bin shed is a highlight in the back of the yard. Everything is lit with LED lights on dawn/dusk sensor switch. All designed and built with me pointing a finger and saying "would be nice to have something here'. 100% recommended for anything you could possibly dream of. The results will be far more than expected.

Fast, efficient and cleaned up everything after. Great team came out and explained what they were going to do. Quote provided was extremely competitive with others received. They were recommended by others in the neighborhood. Very satisfied and highly recommended!

tore down existing porch on each of two sides of the semi detached home. Existing porch was sitting on wood timbers and not attached to home. One large porch across both units was built on solid concrete footings and secured to the structure of the home. Porch work is well known in the neighborhood and the envy of many. Professional work, excellent execution at a cost well worth the delivered end product. Cost included all materials. Highly recommended.

Chris was hired to dig up the old basement floor, waterproof it and put in a level concrete floor. He and his team did amazing work and were able to give me some extra headspace as well that I wasn't anticipating. He and his team worked long days with the windows open to break up the floor, excavate and throw out the broken concrete and sand piles. They then carried it to the truck with a wheelbarrow. Despite -15 to -20C temperatures! Chris even offered suggestions and advice on other work that had been done. Advice on items that I would not have seen on my own, and would have been disastrous. No big fancy truck or outfits. Hard working team who do a great job. At a rate much less than the big companies! Highly recommended!!!
