Our family recently bought a house in North Vancouver. During the subject removal stage, we shortlisted Kevin from a list of inspectors for our home and thank GOD we did. Not many decisions can go this perfect. Hiring Kevin to do the job certainly turned out to be one. He was very pleasant to talk to. Answered all queries to my satisfaction. The rates were reasonable and lower than the competition my realtor recommended. On the inspection day, he was on time. Explained the things that he found in great detail and the inspection report showed up in my inbox on time. The report had pictures and details about the issues mentioned in clearly understandable way. We had some concern regarding lack of heating with radiant floors.Kevin has a nice infra red camera to measure the heat intensity from the in floor heating). Kevin volunteered to come back again once we got the issue sorted with the sellers. He came back , inspected the floor again and we were so satisfied and relieved that heating was working to our satisfaction. We have now moved into the house and noticed that during the rain, water was spilling out from the gutters and not going into the drain pipe. I requested Kevin if he can come back and take a look. He did and told us that this is a regular maintenance issue. He did not charge us anything for these extra trips he made. What a relief and what great customer service. I recommend him to all my friends who are looking to buy a property. My realtor thinks he is a great inspector too.
