We signed a contract with Lynx87 for 3 custom made vanities and the contract included full installation There appeared to be issues either with the made or the installation . - Powder room vanity - faucet was mounted too far behind the vessel sink so now there is a lot of splashing around. -Guest bath vanity - the mirror is way smaller than ordered and all the other measurements of the top unit does not match with the measurements communicated to him. Adrian had to do some adjustments to the mirror to bring it lower so it can also be used by people that are not really tall. By doing the adjustments to the mirror, the whole top unit lost the symmetry and does not look as nice as it was supposed to look. After Adrian left, we noticed that the sink was leaking. He came once and said he fixed it but after he left it was still leaking. - Master bedroom vanity - Wrong measurements for the drawers. Big gap between the 2 drawers. Aside workmanship we were most disappointed by Adrian's attitude and temper. When all these were pointed to him as let's see how we can fix it to be less obvious he became defensive and rude. Although in the contract is stipulated 1 year warranty, when I called the 2nd time mentioning that the leak is still not resolved he was rude, used foul language saying that the sink and the stopper part are not his products and .... hang out the phone. We had to call a plumber to stop the leak This was a bad and expensive experience for us and to be honest I did not expect this attitude. Based on our experience with Lynx 87 we would suggest STAY AWAY ....there other companies with professionals which at least know how to control their temper , accept their mistakes and stay behind their word regarding warranty.
