We contracted Shane to renovate our entire interior house, Kitchen, remove bearing wall, doors, baseboards, window casing, bathrooms, hardwood floors on both main and upper levels, new railing on staircase, etc. The renovation started in March 2014 and was to be completed in 4 months. We had to move out of our house for 7 months and the reno was not fully completed until November of 2015. We had many of his subcontractors threatening to put a lien against our house as he did not pay them. His own workers never stayed more than a couple of hours and maybe showed up 3 times a week. Shane was hired to oversee the job and only would check it out after we would send him text after text or email after email, with our complaints. We would have been far better off overing this job ourselves and hiring our own contractor. However after saying all of that when our house was finally finished it is beautiful.
