Jim has done two jobs for us, both difficult and unpleasant, involving waste pipes. In both cases, he quickly grasped the nature of the problem and patiently explained the options. His quote was reasonable and he stuck to it. The work was completed in a timely fashion and to a very high standard. But what amazed us most was that in each case the crew did their best to minimize the mess and destruction to our house. Jim is extremely careful about this, and insists that his men be just as careful. On a third occasion, we had a smaller problem and called Jim. He explained that he could fix it, but told me how to do it myself and did not charge me for the call. I recommend him to my friends and would not even consider using any other plumber.
