Requested quote on repair to garage door opener, employee attended and provided a diagnosis to correct problem. Ordered the part they recommended, it didn't resolve problem, I contacted manufacturer who provided correct diagnosis and solution over the phone. Requested refund was refused despite their incorrect diagnosis. Does this reflect their proclamation of being a company based on"honesty and integrity"?
