Went to see Jack after another company failed to call us back. We picked our countertop and called Jack when the base cabinets were all in. He came out to measure the next day and called us just over a week later to schedule the install. The installation are very easy to deal with and very, very good at what they do. The pricing is very, very competitive. Overall we are very happy with our new countertops and very happy that we chose Jack and his people at EM Timeless for this job. I will recommend these guys for any countertop installation. Thanks again.

Needed a new roof real bad as last winter really did a number to it. Starting to leak into daughters bedroom. I did a pretty good patch job and Anthony came out to check it over and do a bit himself to get me to scheduled work date. Needless to say the roof wasn't going to make it that far (They were really booked up). Anthony came out again to patch up and bumped up our appointment time twice to squeeze us in and help us out. These guys are good - they set up some the day before, and the next morning were in and out of here in about 5 hours, including clean-up (They put tarps over everything around the house). Very reasonable pricing and Anthony is great to deal with and get a hold of. Anthony came out to my place 3 times while some other company's had not even returned my calls. Anthony and his guys know what they are doing . Thanks Again

Very good people to deal with. Will not sell you anything you don't need. Very punctual, and handle clean up like they were never there. Deal with warranty claims very well, fully explain what is and what isn't covered and they handle all the paperwork. Just fantastic to deal with, 5 stars all the way.

original 40gal. rental water heater was becoming erratic and was getting old. replaced and upgraded to new 50gal. water heater. Joey D. was our service tech and he was quite friendly and knowledgable and was very good at doing what needed to be done. He also made sure we were familiar with the settings before he left. Thanks Joey - great job.
