One week before Christmas and we found ourselves with an electrical outlet that needed to be relocated. I spoke with Mark from McKenna and he was more than willing to help even though he was booked for solid. He was true to his word and showed up that day ( even arrived after hours without charging overtime) to relocate our outlet. Extremely nice, friendly and down to earth and knowledgeable person - and charged a very fair price (in my opinion) for the work completed. I will be calling him for any future electrical work and would recommend this company to others.

We have a semi-circle window which is quite high up and has condensation within the two panes of glass since we moved into our house. The window is towards the top of a second storey house and after getting quotes for a replacement we found a sign for get the fog out. The man I spoke with was very pleasant and was able to give me a rough estimate over the phone. The crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves. It was a quick fix and saved a lot of money.

A few months after moving into our new home our furnace wasn't heating one area of the house. After calling in one repair person only to find out they didn't know how to fix our type of furnace (in floor heating) we called Candu and he was very quick to respond. Not only did he fix our problem, he took the time to explain how our furnace worked and what repairs we should do in the future. He did not tell us we had to do the repairs ASAP but said we could get through the winter and look at doing them gradually. We appreciated the honesty. We now have Candu do yearly maintenance and couldn't be happier! He is extremely fair with pricing (even after hours emergency calls!) and I highly recommend this company.

We dealt with Chris at the Halifax location (I think they are all out of Dartmouth now) and he was quick to come out and give us an estimate on the replacement of two sliding patio doors. He understood our need for a quick install and was true to his word on delivery and install dates. Dave and Blair did the install and they were fantastic. Dave's experience helped with the tricky install and both he and Blair were very thorough. What was supposed to be a one day install turned into a 1.5 day install to ensure they did not rush through the job.

Pat in installed sales was extremely knowledgable and very helpful. He listened to our renovation plan and helped us stay within our budget and did not compromise on quality. When a coworker could not make it to give an estimate he personally stopped by on his way home from work one evening to speed up the process.
