As it is in its name, Bad boys furniture store at the Dundas branch is NOT SATISFACTORY. This is because during the sale they tell us about a wonderful warranty and guarantee but when we go back to get something replaced there are many terms and conditions, which they never mention to us. In my case, I bought all my furniture for my new home. During the sale I was told I would have a five years warranty and can come back even with the smallest problem. But after a year when I tried to exchange my love seat due to leather problems the store manager, Elmo,who told me to come back and wrote on my invoice about my warranty turned me back and told me to contact customer service. I had to go through so much trouble to get in contact with customer service and in the end i was told they could not do anything and they told me to go back to the store which I purchased the goods. When I visited the store, they handed me a warranty book and told me to read it and that they cannot help me. If they showed me all of this during my purchase I definitely would not have bought goods at this store. I feel like I have been fooled during my purchase. I don't recommend this store at all but if you go I recommend going through the warranty section very thoroughly. Thank you.
