Purchased a buffet server in early December 2014, was told it will be delivered by end of December and worst case scenario first week of January 2015. Called them in January and was told by the reception girl of the Kennedy location it will be scheduled for delivery by end of the week. Waited til Friday and heard nothing back. Give them another call and was told it should be hear by end of the month, at that point i requested to speak to the manager for a refund, he said all items sold are final sale and no refunds are allowed.. they only offered to refund me the delivery charge of $70. Another 2 weeks has passed, called Warehouse in February was told by them server has been delayed until of end of MARCH. At this point i still have not received a call about when it will be delivered.
