We had gone in to get our kitchen cabinets w/ them because of referral from our contractor... I am giving 1 star because Cabinets are very nice but horrible service... The designer don't even listen to Us.. She keep changing our design the way she wants it ,even after our installer talked to her .. She changed back to the way she wants it ... Everything is delayed because she keep changing n fixing it before we even put in the order... Now there is damage w/ cabinet on delivery which we sent pic to the designer right away ... We called a few times n she told us she ORDERED replacement for us .. Two weeks later ... We called AND the order HASNT PUT in yet ... We went and complain to manager/owner about their "designer ".. Instead of apologizing, she implied that I could be "l-y-i-n-g" and said I can't get along with her employee ...N she asked me "what do you want me to do about it? " DONT ask me that .. I don't own that company .. ask yourself... If you are in customer service business "Pls learn the manner first ... Like "sorry" and not giving excuses for everything your employee messed up...

As there is not enough information to know which customer this might be. All designs are signed by client before ordering cabinets. We do computerized perspective pictures and a scaled floor plan. The customer knows exactly what is being ordered. We don't very often have damaged cabinets, but we do order cabinets as quickly as possible. Unfortunately the production time is the same on ordering 1 cabinet or a kitchen with 20 cabinets.
We do required a picture or the damaged cabinet brought to verify if the problem is factory related, shipping related or customer related before reordering.

Although we try very hard to please all of our customers, and we try very hard to be sure that our customers know exactly what they have purchased, it isn't always possible.
Sometimes clients want kitchens that don't always work, sometimes they don't have the room and sometimes they don't have the budget and sometimes they don't meet safety standards.
