After 20 years I wanted to upgrade my garage doors and also needed 2 openers. Greg was great in answering my questions without any pressure and was always responsive when called. Greg and his son did an excellent job installing the systems. I felt the operational/safety aspects of the install were a high priority for them. However, even other aspects such as making sure the connecting wires had clean lines against the walls was important as well. I would definitely recommend them.

Ryan did a very good job of cleaning gutters and was accommodating with his schedule. There were some old rust stains on the exterior siding of the house and he did an excellent job cleaning them. The siding looks like new now.

This is not the first time I’ve used Kovar contracting for home renovations/repairs. I required some drywall repair and Jason from Kovar was able to schedule the work in a short timeframe. Kevin from Kovar did a great job and was also able to fit some additional work that came up during inspection. I will use Kovar again in the future.

I was looking at replacing one of my trees in the front yard. When I was getting an estimate from Croft Tree Experts and asked about liability insurance they asked for my email and immediately sent me proof of insurance which I thought was pro-active and professional. They have ISA certified arborists and members available for on-site estimates. When Dave arrived and assessed the required work, I had some questions about what new tree I should choose. He suggested we walk around the neighborhood and he spent time to point out the different tree types and what the pros and cons of each were in order to help me with my choice. The tree removal, stump grinding, new tree planting was delayed a couple of weeks due to bad weather and I felt the communication provided by the company was clear and frequent enough. The actual work was performed well including clean-up and the crew answered all my questions that day.

After discussing roof replacement options, Jason from Kovar provided a detailed estimate and the work was performed on the agreed upon price. Jamie and his crew were professional and worked a couple of long days to get the project completed in a reasonable timeframe. The quality of the completed job was excellent and I would definitely recommend Kovar to others.

Derek, Ruben, and Drew were very fast and professional with the requested duct cleaning service. They took time to explain what they were doing at different stages. I felt that the money I spent was worth the quality of work.

Bernie and his crew did a thorough and high quality job on installing hardwood on my second floor and stairs. His company is more concerned with doing the job right rather than quickly doing the job and moving on to the next project.

I asked Bill to assist in the finishing stage of some bathroom renovations. This included some drywall repair, painting. Bill did an excellent job and was very hard working. I would recommend him.
