Masterclean was hired by our insurance company to clean up and redo our flooded basement. This nightmare took over 6 months to complete. They damaged so many of our personal belongings that were not damaged in the flood, the job was completely sloppy, and they were completely unprofessional. It seemed everytime they went to do one thing, they would damage something in the process. We ended up having to contact a lawyer who advised us to sue them, it was settled out of court, but would not recommend them to anyone.

Dave, had one excuse after the other, continually asked for money for this and that when we had already given him money, would disappear for weeks on end without returning our calls leaving things unfinished. Went ahead and started the project, then we found out he did not have the proper permits when he said he did. The job was never properly finished we are left with a damaged garage door and haven't seen him since he took the money and left!
