Direct waterproofing did a fantastic job with repairing the cracks on our basement walls. They also replaced the old clay drain pipes in our basement, plus installed a new sanitary line back water valve. Terry and his crew (John, Serge ..) were very efficient, knowledgeable and completed the job as scheduled. They left my place clean after their job was completed. Terry was the only one who showed up in my place, out of the 3 companies I reached out to, to assess my concerns. He explained very well on what's needed to be done, the time it will take to finish the work and gave me a very reasonable quote. I will definitely work with Terry's team on my future projects. It took me time to write my reviews as I have to confirm if I have no more mouse/rats in my house. All I can say, they are all gone. Naeem was excellent: on-time, professional, quick and precise on his services. The pests were all gone in 3-week time as he stated. He even provided extra service to remove my ant issue and he explained the simple remedies on how to avoid it from entering the house. I highly recommend him to everyone.

Very satisfied with the high quality of work by Dan. He is experienced, pro and a great person. He upgraded my panel, prepared the wiring before the ESA inspector came, installed basement, kitchen and deck switches and outlets , rewired the basement- and he made sure that I pass the ESA inspection. Washer was not draining the water. Atiar took me on his busiest day and came on time. He removed the clog and did extra work to save the day. He is very knowledgeable and reasonable. I happy that I found my repair guy.

I was satisfied with the delivery and pickup (prompt) but not on the price and customer service. My estimate was only $175 cost of the bin + $95 disposal fee + taxes. I was told that there was no extra charge for Winston Churchill and Royal Windsor Dr. At the end, they included a $36 extra cost for my location and a total of $500+ and I NEVER RECEIVED an invoice. I am 100% sure that the weight I put in there was not 2 nor 3 metric tonnes. I only tore-down my basement washroom and a few drywall. I called them to voice out my complains but they never seemed to care about it. NEVER received my invoice that they promised. Definitely not using them again nor referring them.

I'm very satisfied with Tom's inspection. He's on time, knowledgeable and experienced. Explained very well the results and removed my worries. He went above and beyond than Air Quality Inspection. I'm glad I went with him.
