These guys are amazing. We have had potlights installed, and let me tell you, these guys are wickedly fast in measuring, installing, and cleaning everything up. They use excellent quality parts, recommended how we should have our potlights spaced out, and then proceeded to do 20 or so potlights in a few hours! The potlights looked so good that I had Mr Potlight swap out my old potlights and put these good quality ones in place! Excellent service, quality, no hesitations in recommending John and Mr Potlight!

We had to use Prima Kitchen for our kitchen renovation when we bought our new home through the builder. What a disaster! We chose to have built in appliances, and despite giving them the EXACT measurements of the appliances, it took them 3 weeks, and about 4 visit to correct all of the mistakes! The owners (Matt and Walter) dont seem to have any idea how to actually work with cabinets. If you do go with these guys, make sure you deal with Norm ^last name remived -- Ed¸(sp?)... he is the guy they sent to fix the several mistakes that the owners made, and once he came onboard, everything finally got fixed.

Supreme was one of the few companies that described all of the available wood shutters and options over the phone. And they were more than willing to answer follow-up questions that I had. Once the installer came to take measurements, he was very helpful, cheerful, and brought samples for us to choose from. Making the product and installation was very quick and hassle-free, and although there was one window that didnt fit, they acknowledged the mistake and made a new shutter for us. Definitely had a good experience with Jackie and the entire team!

I purchased my air conditioner, humidifier, and air cleaner from Extreme Temperatures in June 2008. They seemed really nice, but once they left, thats where the problems started. You will never get them to come back to your home! They gave me the wrong size AC cover, so after trying to get a new one from them, they told me I dont need it. Then this summer, during the only hot week we had, our AC stopped working. I called their 24-hr support and never got a call back. I tried calling Extreme for another 2 weeks, and gave up. I never once got a phone call back. I called another contractor who referred me to the AC manufacturer (in keeping with the review guidelines, I am not sure if I can mention the manufacturer). The manufacturer visited my house and noticed that the AC was not installed correctly, and then told me that I am not the only person who has registered a complaint against Extreme Temperatures. The manufacturer also told me this company has filed bankruptcy. So basically I had to pay for their poor installation service out of my own pocket! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They filed bankruptcy and are trying to sell you a product and will NOT come back for follow-up service
