It recently came to attention that our Attic might contain Asbestos. We called Templar because we seen postie reviews. Templar Came in and took 4 samples. Dave was was on time, he was respectful of my home and family and explained exactly what he was doing. in a little over 24 hours we had the results and were able to make an informed decision. I have had testing done before on something different from a different company and it took 4 days and cost 4 times as much. I will looking into have some Asbestos Siding removed next year.... We had a our roof leak, the situation was stressful. We Called 4 company's. 1 company did not show up , 1 company came in at a very low quote but the salesman could not answer my basic questions. the 3rd Company came in with a quote around the same as John but he could not accommodate me for 3 weeks, I was also not feeling 100% comfortable with him. We Went With John,We had working down by him before. He explained the situation very well, He took the time to review my options. His crew was there 2 days after the estimate and completed the job same day. the work was fantastic - Thanks John and Crew you helped me get out of a very bad situation.
