I was referred to call North Durham Appliance as I was experiencing a propane smell coming from our oven. I spoke to Kerri and she was amazing. Very open, honest, and acted quickly as it was an urgent request. Kevin the Gas tech came to our place within a couple of days and repaired the stove. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable & experienced. We felt very confident with his level of expertise especially because he was dealing with propane. I highly recommend this team. Great Job!!

From the architectural drawings, to the permit process, project coordination to final completion. We lived near by their show home. We were planning on up sizing our home, so we paid them a visit. We chosen Zancor based on their finishes and their helpful sales reps. The whole thing went very well, a few glitches but nothing major. I did find that I had to chase them for answers; I feel they could work on providing better communication with their customers. Overall great experience.
