I thought I needed a new humidifier because it was leaking. The serviceman, Bryan Medina, diagnosed as plugged hoses for the AC, thereby backing up AC water into humidifier; took hoses apart and cleaned out blockage (considerable). saved me $ for a new humidifier which wasn't needed. He arrived promptly, very personable and smart. I'll use him for any future AC servicing.
