The worst customer experience I ever had. My brand new whasher had some electronical troubles since day 1. I was enough kind (or should i say stupid) to call the customer service to resolve my problem. 1 month later, I am washing my clothes in a public laundry waiting for them to replace my washer... From my point of view, they are : - unskilled - rude - insincere Stay away from Whirlpool and all products they may support unless you like to fight. Shame on they.
