Shed was as I expected it to be, Install team was good and did what I expected but buyer beware; - Despite Ron's (the salesman's) reassurance's 'the process' isn't great. My delivery was late by 1 (and then 0.5) days. I was only informed on the morning of delivery meaning, I cut my pool pump power and pipes a day and a half early. They could/should have known they were going to be that late. So; - Despite Ron selling me a floor (which I protested I didn't need because it was going on a brand new deck) the floor did not get installed, the install crew told me I didn't need one. Surprise, surprise. I did get a credit on that though. - Make sure, when you order shingles other than gray or black, you are very specific about the colour. I ordered Forest Green, they came in Gray, Apparently, according to Craig, HH don't make Forest Green anymore, well guess what? I ordered Forest Green, got gray and paid a $35 premium for them! Long story short - make sure you nail these guys, especially Ron and Craig, down to the fine details or else, they will find 'wiggle room' and you will be disappointed. On a positive note Jack the installer, stayed late and did a great job. Recommended only if you are really careful with the fine print, don't expect them to guide you through the process. Like I say, buyer beware.
