I have contacted the movers to pick up and on Thursday for a quote and the estimate for available dates. was available until next Tuesday then the window was of 5 full working days and I've revived a worm email reassuring me that this will be no problem. on Friday at 3h30 an email with the required information was received and replied to it in about 2 hours all the information required for the pick up and the payment were provided, with the instruction of picking up Saturday or Monday as a backup. Saturday no one was picking up and no email were answered by the representatives of the movers after I had waited the entire day finally Saturday and Monday revived an email late in the day Monday telling me that unfortunately it will have to go to next Thursday. An my complain is the lack of communication and the will to overbook in order to just shuffle afterwords depending how it fits better for them obviously after they have you payment information. I have gracefully declined because at this point the trust in the capacity to deliver the job was ruined and contacted the them by phone where I've received lots of excuses WHY and HOW and Because but no real answer just reasons and un-sincere apologies. Was not looking for any special compensation just a real understanding and concerned form the staff but they blew that one too. A very unsatisfied customer that finally understand why this entity was at the brisk of bankruptcy some time ago
