I have used Mtec for my property for 3 years. They have done a great job with my Gardens, cutting my grass and plowing my driveway. Gianmarco is very attentive and takes care of his customers. He is always willing to provide advice and is concerned with the service that his team provides his customers.

They replaced my entire roof in 2014 and it looked great! In April of 2018 we got hit by a massive wind storm and much of my 4 year old roof was destroyed. Most of my neighbours had no issues. I thought it must be due to lack of trees on my property. Professional roofers repaired it again. Well... low and behold we get hit by another wind storm this past Sunday (November 2020).... my roof was decimated again. My insurance adjuster insisted and they sent out their roofing company to patch the roof. They advised that the shingles weren't nailed properly. I can't believe that a company that ONLY does roofing can't lay shingles properly!!! I googled where to nail a shingle and can clearly see that they put them in the wrong places. Their customer service contacted me about my review and they offered to make it right doing a repair without going through Insurance, or me paying for it. While I am impressed with the customer service, I am concerned with the installation and will be moving forward with another company.

Leuri did an AMAZING job on repairing my gazebo that another person just threw up. The roof was top heavy and we needed to brace the structure for 3+ years... atleast until Leuri came. He suggested a design that would minimize the cost and provide the safest possible structure for my family. A few changes needed to be made along the way, but we stayed on budget. The finished product looks great and will last for years to come. I built my home from scratch and Leuri is the only trade that we provided payment upfront for, so I was a little nervous. Leuri is extremely honest and trustworthy. I would recommend him to anyone.

My gardener retired prior to the 2014 season and I had to find a new one... I went with Lawn Troopers and I couldn't be more dis-satisfied!!! Firstly, they were supposed to start my gardens in the spring, but the first time that they were there was in mid June. When asked Matt said that their gardener had personal issues and wasn't working for the first month or so, which I understand, but no reduction of fees was offered and we had to follow up with him to find out why the service started late. Things were going OK throughout the summer until the crew ran over a 3' high tree that I had with their lawn tractor. They also cut off the emergency shut-off valve on my street. When I presented these problems to Matt, not only did he not apologize for this happening, he just suggested that sometimes the tractors run over the shutoff valves. In the 10 years I have been in my home that hadn't happened. They ran over the marker that was marking the shutoff early in the season. Matt didn't seem to care that his crew ran over the tree or shutoff. I had already decided it was time for a new gardener in 2015 when I received an invoice for November!!??!! They showed up once in Oct and his response was that their contracts run for April-Nov. They didn't do anything except show up in Oct and for that I paid $400??!!?? Needless to say both myself and my inlaws have new gardeners this year!! I would not recommend them to ANYONE!! Save your money and do it yourself!!!! To boot, after I fired Matt in the fall, he sent an email asking for my business a month ago... LMFAO!! Ya righ!!

Well... low and behold we get hit by another wind storm this past Sunday.... my roof was decimated again. I had Sebastian cometo my home to provide an estimate in a very timely fashion. He didn't go onto the roof to properly assess the damage and only walked around my home. Sure, no problem, he saw what he needed to and he would need to repair anything he missed. He was unwilling to tarp my roof as his crews are too busy. My insurance adjuster insisted and they sent out their roofing company. Boy am I ever glad that she did!!! The roofers showed me how EVERY single shingle that came off my roof was nailed incorrectly!! I can't believe that a company that ONLY does roofing can't lay shingles properly!!! Now, I honestly believe that this is their way of getting repeat business!!! I googled where to nail a shingle and can clearly see that they put them in the wrong places.
