Being new in the area I was having a hard time finding a company that would come and take a look at our leaking roof. Some would say they would come and never did and some would say they would only come for an upfront fee. It seems like everyone was trying to take advantage of every situation to make as much $$ as they could. Where is the customer service? The leak had finally made its way to my interior walls and was blistering the plaster. I sent out a desperate message to 10 different roofing companies and Alena (Volga Roofing) was the only one to respond. They came over to the house on time, fixed the issue (before the rain that day) and made sure to follow up. The fee was very reasonable and the communication was excellent. This was the best customer service I have received in some time and I would highly recommend them to my own family and friends. Thank you again Alena & Alex!
