Worst experience, I will never recommend them, only professional attitude was from the sales agent Dora N, once booked she woulg always direct me to the most uncourteous manager Tarik who started with telling me goods will not reach in time frame provided by Dora. He misbehaved and with most unprofessional dealing.I received my stuffs late and each and every furniture and my kids all 3 bicycles were broken. They dropped my TV in front of my eyes while offloading. The delivery person said I may file a claim and they will tell them too And will get refunded. After all my info and pics with claim sent first of all they would not respond when responded Tony told me he will file the claim and will take 3_4 weeks.I called them after a month then they responded saying I don't get any thing but as aTOKEN they would give me 50 $ ......... Wow everything reached damaged due to their mishandling and I am left speechless.I bought all of those stuff just a year back. Their services are pathetic.I am so upset.I guess they when they make claims then they keep everything for themselves and make money out of that too.That's their family business.

If you don't buy replacement insurance and if you don't pay for insurance, what do you think? We do our best for all families, and help them lot. Your delivery will be somewhere in MB, NOT COMMON AREA. Before blame to people, check all your conditions and we did your pick up on time. If truck got mechanical problem, and some delays occur, nobody can do it anything until truck fix it.
