I'm writing this review on behalf of my father-in-law who had an issue with his Lennox mid-efficiency furnance not getting heat. Keith's man Chas was knowledgeable, punctual and when he arrived, he was able to quickly diagnose the issue with the pilotless furnace not lighting. Cost to diagnose and actual repair services was very reasonable and my father-in-law was extremely appreciative of the prompt service and reasonable pricing. Thank you!

Bryan spent a lot of time on the phone and through email to educate me on how leaks typically occur in the basement and on what things that I could do on my end to first troubleshoot. Afterwards, him and his son showed up on site to assess and perform a water flood test and was able to very quickly determine the point of entry. I was provided a number of different options for repair, along with a 'what would he do if it was his house' recommendation which I ended up taking. Following Bryan's recommendation, I ended up saving myself a lot of money as well as learning a lot as well. I really appreciated the time that was spent educating as well as his honesty as it speaks volumes about his character. People like him are few and far between.

Called a couple places for quotes and decided to go with Elite because of the good Homestars rating and competitive price. Robert was very good at explaining what needed to be done and although the wait was a bit longer than anticipated due to the large number of homes damaged in the August hails, it was worth it. Had his crew come out to do two houses and when I had some issues, Robert was very quick to address them. Would definitely recommend.

Went with Brent as a personal friend (Nick - his review below) used him and was highly recommended. Brent is quick to respond to emails, professional and a no BS kind of guy. Pricing was extremely competitive and I wouldn't hesistate to recommend Shift Air.
