These guys were great. Wayne and his team were responsive, listened to our requests for how we wanted to run the new electrical, and had a better solution than we thought of. Work was done efficiently and cleaned up nicely.

This company did a very nice, and efficient job replacing all of the exterior aluminum (soffit, fascia, eavestroughs, downspouts) on our house. Looks great! Cory was friendly in providing the estimate, was quick to respond to questions by email. Gimmie who did the work was also great. Efficient and responsive when talking through options of how things would be done. I'd give them 95/100 overall only because post job clean-up was a little below the high quality of everything. They did do most of the clean-up work, but left maybe 15-20 minutes of picking up aluminum scraps to me.

Bob and his crew were a nice change from my typical experiences with construction. We paid a slight premium to the other quotes we had, and I'm glad we did. The work looks great, and when I called due to a small oversight, he brought people back the same day to fix it. His crew was friendly, hardworking, and did an amazing job cleaning up after each day's work. Highly recommend.

We did a major renovation with Ken Temple over 7 months. He was really good for the first six months. Then he completely disappeared. Did not return calls or emails for weeks on end. Then a few months after work was finally complete, poorly done new plumbing from the second floor bathtub flooded through the floor and damaged the first floor ceiling and fixtures. He refused to deal with it in any way, broke the contract (specifically, he did not stand by his one year warranty). Again, did not respond to any attempt at communication. We had to go to a third-party contractor to fix it, and we are now initiating legal action against Ken.

We had a very positive experience with Paul and Steve at Sustainable.TO. We came to them for plans for major renovation of a three-story semi plus basement. The most impressive thing about them was creativity in solving small design problems, often done in real time while we met to review plans. We couldn't imagine how we'd manage to include an ensuite bathroom for the master bedroom, and the approach they came up with was brilliant. They also helped us find third parties to figure out whether spray foam was right insulation for us, and identify a contractor (we went with one of three they recommended).
