Had the energy audit done by this company. Never uploaded our audit on the Ministry website and despite multiple pleas to do so, still have not uploaded it. Our windows are coming next month and we will likely be ineligible for the grant since the ministry cannot approve the grant without the energy audit uploaded. Try calling BSG and see if you can get through, its a voice mail that states they are « inactive » whatever that means. Try finding out who owns this, who the president is and who is responsible for communicationnothing. Not a serious company and truly run by amateurs. Beware! There are many other options out there .
