My tenant had an ant problem that was going on for a couple of weeks. When I learned of the situation mid week, I called Pesticon and first spoke to a chat rep. She was very understanding that I did not wish to supply my contact info before receiving a quote. The quote came by email shortly thereafter and I was able to book for next day service given the urgency of the situation. Yesterday Ifikhar came out to the property to spray the exterior, perimeter and interior of both units! This morning, my tenant remarked that hundreds of aunts were found dead! While I have a 6 month guarantee to fall back on, I feel strongly that this application worked.

After finding out we needed to vent our new bathroom exhaust fan and laundry appliances out the attic/roof to meet building code, we searched for a suitable roofer. At first we called roofing companies we saw in the area, but they either tried to talk us into a new roof (which was not needed) or they failed to return our call. Gene had Ilir visit the property shortly after requesting a quote and he was respectful dealing with me as a homeowner and real estate investor. Installation commenced within 2 weeks of accepting the quote, which was great given that our plumber and insulation tradespeople required the venting complete to commence their work. The crew was respectful of my yard, cleaning up after the job was complete. Most importantly, they had the ridge vent and laundry/bathroom exhaust vents installed in a day. I was in a reno dilemma when the contractor I hired to help renovate my main floor failed to have the bathroom tiled when requested, so that we could fully utilize the bathroom and keep the rest of the house renovation on track. I called several tiler companies on Homestars and Rodrigo answered the call! Not only did he offer to help us literally on short notice (within 2 days of my initial call), he even piggy backed our job with another he was doing in the same general area of town, travelling between both on the same day. He had our small bathroom fully tiled and ready for grouting within 2 days. What I appreciate the most is that he didn't take advantage of our situation given our tight timelines, he respected the quantity of tile I ordered leaving minimal waste, and the bathroom was left clean after each visit. Despite the simplicity of the tiling pattern and tiles we selected, I appreciated the way he added the tiling down around the tub area and took the tile edging to the ceiling. Absolutely fantastic. We've received several positive comments from other trades about Rodrigo's work! I would absolutely use Kasa Bella again.
