They are helpful and professional until you place an order and they get your deposit money, then you become non-existent to them, and actually delivering your stuff is on the very low end of their priority list. 3 wks will turn into 6, 6 weeks will into 8, 8 weeks will turn into 12, etc. You cannot believe a word that comes out of their mouths, they will all tell you a different story and a different excuse, and in the end when you get so frustrated at the fact that they've taken your money and not produced any merchandise and you want to cancel the order and get a refund they will refuse, saying the deposit money is non-refundable. One word describes this behavior - THEFT. No business can legally take your money and then fail/refuse to produce the merchandise - in the eyes of the law that is THEFT and according to the Consumer Protection Act, they have breached the terms of a legal contract, and that is grounds for litigation, and/or criminal investigation. This is what I was told when I consulted with the Consumer Protection Branch to see if I had a legitimate case. Simply put - YES I DO. So, for all those people here who have experienced these same issues with them, please do not sit back and take this lightly, they are in engaging in illegal activity when they take your money and fail/refuse to produce the merchandise you've paid for in a reasonable time frame. At a certain point when you realize that you're likely not going to get your stuff, you need to proceed legally, not just sit around and wait and wait and wait and trust and believe. You have the law on your side.

Hello Paula ,my name is Brent hanna and am the showroom manager at Canaroma. I read your comment and find it difficult to understand your experience. We have been in business for over 30 years and if we ran our business as portrayed in your comments we would not have lasted very long. Many of our customers are repeat customers or referral customers. I have spoke to all of our sales staff and our customer service department to explore any insights to this situation and could not shed any light on this particular circumstance.
The only time there would be a non-refundable deposit is if the item was a custom order as it clearly states on the front of our work orders.
With all this said please feel free to contact me directly so I can better understand your personal regard to this matter.
