Stephen answered our call to discuss our sewage back up. He arrive on time the next day and provided excellent advice and honest feedback about our situation and how to best resolve it. In addition to taking care of the city permits, he mobilized a plumbing crew to fix the outside issues for the next day. This work was completed with minimal to no damage to our property. Roman is a machine and dug 9 feet like it was nothing! Roman also dug out an area in our basement to install a back water valve and this too was completed in the same day.
