In the beginning we were elated with our purchase. The sales person was great, the order was placed and the delivery date and installation date were set. Then the wheels fell off this wagon and everything fell apart. The installation dates were changed. The proper parts did not arrive on the date "THEY" set. 1 set of cabinets were too small. The quality assurance guy came to look at the job and "HE. THE QA INSPECTOR" tells us the front doors were not made properly and the needed to be re manufactured. The order was placed for the new doors. I get a call saying the new doors i ordered were in and they will be there on their arranged date. The doors came, before we opened the wrapping i indicated i wanted someone from the company present. The doors were delivered by yet another "QA INSPECTOR" when opening the packages he shook his head and commented the doors were worse than the first ones we received. Unfortunately the cabinets are still there. Buyer beware... IF YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR EVERYTHING UP FRONT GO ELSE WHERE! They had 100% of the funds so we put up with poor workmanship!

The experience is going from good to poor to terrible. Will make further comments as we progress. The issues are not yet resolved. The supplier had asked for 50% up front and balance prior to installation. 100% paid for your at their mercy. Folks do not do this. GO ELSEWHERE. Now we are at the suppliers mercy and still waiting.
