DO NOT EVER SHOP AT BAD BOY! Once you sign the purchase agreement, you can NEVER EVER get your money back! My wife and I purchased a bunk bed for our daughters on a Thursday (Aug 21) around noon. We were told the bed would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. The next day while at Costco we happened to find a bunk bed that suited us better and coincidently was less expensive. I went straight to the Whitby Bad Boy store to cancel the order and was told there were absolutely no refunds, only store credits. I advised them that I had been a customer in the past and hoped to continue to be one but would unlikely return if they would not do a simple refund. I explained the bed surely was not ordered and enroute to the store yet as it was not even 24 house since I ordered it. Brian, the manager advised he had no authority to give refunds but would ask "head office" and get back to me Monday. We continued a conversation and he asked where I worked. I told he and he advised me that he could now offer me the $800 bunk bed for $575 as opposed to the $680 I paid! I thanked him and advised I preferred my money refunded. Monday he was sick. Tuesday he was sick. I ended up speaking with a Debora in head office and told her my situation. She advised me that the store manager had the discretion to refund my money. She said that head office did not "deal with these issues". I then spoke with "Joe" the Manager on duty in Whitby. I advised him I was less then impressed I was told incorrect information and simply wanted my money refunded. He advised he HAD TO SPEAK TO HIS HEAD OFFICE! Sure enough, after several conversations, he advised he had heard back from "Yohan" from head office and I would not be given a refund. Giving up, I then just asked for the previous managers price reduction offer to be granted..... He said he HAD TO CONTACT HEAD OFFICE! DO NOT SHOP AT BAD BOY! If you do, you are signing a deal with the devil. Once you sign, you are screwed! Buy from Costco or Sears. They both have great customer service and you can cancel orders, return products etc with nooooooo problems! Bad Boy made a few hundred dollars from me this time but will lose tens of thousands between me and all the friends / family I tell not to shop there!

Nothing can be done. Shop elsewhere.
