My name is Joseph. I have resided in King City for the past 16 years. We had purchased a residence on the south part of town that would well accomadate a growing family of five. We turned to our old neighbor Ralph who owns and operates a company called KJA Custom. Ralph had done most of the renos in our old bungalow and I might add very much to our satisfaction, and also met our budget perfectly. Our most recent project was to build a 700 sq. ft. deck, double tiered, with a built in gazebo, very user friendly with access on both sides of the deck. We had begun to obtain quotes from some of the bigger and so called more reputable companies in the industry, we were happy with the professionalism and presentation, but when they sent us the quote we were completely caught off guard. For the amount of money these companies were quoting, I could have done a small addition to my house. It now seemed this poject was going to be put on hold or totally dismissed. We then thought of contacting Ralph from KJA Custom, his company has now grown to the point where he was accepting larger and more challenging projects. Without heitation we contacted Ralph for an estimate, to the exact original specs of the work to be done. Not only did he have a few wonderful ideas of his own, to make the finished layout even more spectaculart but his bottom line price came in a little over $4000.00 lower than my previous lowest quote. The work was done in a very desirable length of time even considering the very short notice he was given. We are now enjoying daily what we call a beautiful work of art.
