Jacob was very communicative and very pleasurable to deal with. The cleaning staff were exceptionally diligent and pleasant and did an excellent job for post construction cleaning. I am brining them back for routine cleaning now.

Valentin gave us great advice while we were just begining our rennovation project. Right from the get go we knew we had a trust worthy individual and someone who would ensure the job was done right (especially after having seveal others do improper jobs). We installed a shower in the master ensuite, relocated toilet drains, relocated copper pipes, ran new lines, installed new toilets and even on a later date came to us on an emergency call with a toilet which was broken and leaking into the floor below. Extremly professional and communicative. We still are waiting for a vanity to be installed to finish the balance of the work and Valentin routinely checks in with me to see how everything is. My wife and I are both exceptionally pleased and will not use any other plumber. Highly recommended.

I ordered my shower controls, rain head, sink faucet and sink from Peter at the Dufferin Location and I am extremly displeased with the customer service with this company and this employee. I was assured that I would get a call when my purchases would arrive into the store (estimated time was 2-3 weeks). 9 weeks later I still get no phone call. I drop in the store to see if anything has come in and according to Peter, the manufacturer "misplaced my order" (bull, more like you forgot to place my order). Now it is 11 weeks from my original purchase date and I still have no sink and every week that passes I am told it will be in on thursday. Do not buy from this company. There are far better supply places to purchase from. Never again.

AM group was excellent to deal with and did a great job. They did end up nicking a corner of the fireplace when they were unloading it out of the truck but Sam made the immediate call to send the unit back to the office to be repaired. The install went like a charm and they even completed some last minute requests I had regarding mantle sizing. Great job all around.

I called weedman for a quote to remove weeds around my property (front yard, backyard, and inbetween cobblestones). After recieving the quote, I never gave a go-ahead to do the work and then all of the sudden I have a weedman sign on my lawn and a bill in the mail. I never authorized anything and further to this, the weeds were still there. I have called back various times and they keep adding on services and supposivly have come back multiple times to re-treat the lawn but weeds are still there. 12 weeks later and after many many phone calls, my lawn is still FULL of weeds and they keep calling me for payment. If you guarantee full removal, then once they are removed and the guarantee is met then I will gladly pay, but since not 1 weed has vanished, you have done nothing more than water my lawn. Dont even bother with this company. Complete scam.

Kwik Klosets was able to meet all of our requests (even if they were quite odd) and Sean tried everything in his power to make sure we were happy. The price included removal of all existing shelves and rods, repairing of walls plus painting as well (something which I did not expect). Their workmanship is second to none and they definatly went that extra mile to make my wife and I happy. Highly recomended (Even having them do a second job at my office because they were so good!).
