I had a few windows replaced by this company when the government was offering the rebates. I was impressed with their service that I had them come back later and replace our patio doors. Just had them come again to replace our upstairs front windows as well as do some siding. One of the old window frames had the clips for our blinds on them still. Not only did they remove the clips from the old frame but they installed them on the new frame as well (I didn’t even ask them to do it) Now if this isn’t great customer service I don’t know what is. I so highly recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their windows or doors

Found this company through homestars. Owners are nice guys, however the crew they sent to do the work on my property has brought my rating down. What should have been a two day job turned into three, with two days of no shows in between. (one of the days the owner called hours after the crew was to show up saying they couldn't make it and would come the next day) No show next day. Called the owners to find out what was going on. The crew showed up the next day (holiday) to complete the job. They did finish finally and it looks good. The owners did offer a small reduction in the original cost of the job. They did their best to rectify the situation. However the issues I encountered with the crew caused the whole experience to be a headache

Vince and Angelina are great to work with. They showed up on time and made sure I was informed about what they were doing. The test results arrived the next day (unfortunately not what I wanted) and they were helpful in telling me how to remove the tiles safely (only 8 tiles). When the kitchen installation company I'm working with (nightmare) wanted an air test, they were very helpful and preformed that test as well. I think I would have snapped if it wasn't for them. Thanks for listening to a very stressed out lady. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I'd give them 10+ stars

Had removed a small amount of tiles that contained asbestos and was having a hard time find a place to dispose of them. Left a message with TS Environmental late at night and received a call from Tony the next morning. He went out of his way to come to my place to pick up the one bag I had. He was also nice enough to listen to me complain about the stress a certain installation company is putting me through. Would recommend his company for asbestos disposals to anyone.
