An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
As far as the Amerispec, I found the documentation package a very professional and the tips & tools book a nice touch to your service. I appreciate the cost guide as I think I am going to need a bargaining tool if I go ahead to buy this mess of a property. Barry appeared to have a good general knowledge of the home inspection and want to thank you folks for the quick appointment as I had to get back to site. Barry was also very pleasant and tackled a huge task for inspecting this property. I still haven't heard from the realtor's for getting the power on in the garage so Barry can complete, but I will be in touch as soon as possible.
