As I said it before, moving is not a fun thing to do, but choosing Alpine Pest Control is one of the highlights of this process. Unlike other companies, this company gives you a package deal or if they can do things/treatments together, they will not charge you extra. In my case, this company took care of the rats/wasps and droppings together with no extra charge. Besides, they gave you a lot of advice what I need to do to keep animals/insects away. I was surprised that they spent a lot of time to treat spiders problems, and I am extremely pleased. They are friendly, honest, and will go extra mile in order to please the customers. I strongly recommend this company.

Total of 2 person working 6 hours+ each, and 2 more persons for 3 hours. Very polite, hard working, do whatever you ask them: inside the house and backyard. There are a lot of junk, but they manage to take all out. Their team work is amazing, and they can handle a high ceiling light too. Better than normal cleaning company, and make my kitchen clean. Highly recommend for move-in/move-out cleaning.

Their work is ok, However, we need to argue what is covered and what does not covered before making a payment. At the end, the owner needs to pay more in order to finish the work. At the end, the workers just need 20 minutes more to finish all tasks.

Moving is not a fun thing, but finding Sean and has him to be my inspector is my biggest highlight in the whole process. His report is easy to read (different colour represents different level of attention), custom made, full of pictures, advice, caution and much more. He spent hours for the inspection plus almost 2 hours of personal explanation to me. He even came back another time for the area he cannot inspect on the day of inspection (because too much stuffs in that area). His report to me arrived next morning after the inspection with a list of contact/expert for the areas of my new home which I need to fix.
