My boiler was not functioning and my house temperature had dropped drastically. I called The Boiler Guys and spoke with Valerie. She was most helpful in trying to arrange something. Rather than having to wait until Thursday, the appointed date, Alex arrived on Monday - Thanksgiving - and gave the boiler a complete overhaul. He explained and demonstrated what he'd done. My house is warming up as it should. Thank you so much. I'll be contacting you for my air conditioning.

The following items required removal: rotting logs, carpet, rug, wooden pieces with nails, and a large travel trunk. Garrison + Chris arrived on time and I appreciated that. They were friendly but business-like - they were there to get the job done. They removed all items originally requested and allowed me to add another item. The price of removal was very reasonable - in fact better than what I expected. I will hire them again without hesitation and will provide their company name to anyone I know who wants to get rid of junk. I wish all of the companies with whom I've dealt were as professional and accommodating as they are.

The chimney for my boiler and hot water tank was in horrible shape. It was not up to code - too short. The chimney had to be torn down and entirely rebuilt. Frank and his sons worked long hours for two days straight and came back a 3rd day to ensure clean-up was complete (I assured them it was). I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone requiring their service.

It was necessary to change my locks in order to prevent access to a person who had removed my key from my home. I called and was told he would arrive in approximately 20 minutes. He did. He changed the locks - the one door was very challenging due to warping, provided 4 keys and proved to me quality products and good service still exist. How GREAT is THAT!
