An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We decided to go with Paul Wilson for our home inspection as first time home buyers after doing some research on the internet as we were new to the area and didn't know anyone who could personally recommend an inspector. We were very glad we made this decision! Paul was completely thorough, taking his time evaluating the house (which we ultimately bought and moved into this week). He was courteous and had endless patience with our many questions. I was very satisfied with Paul's helpful attitude, his attention to detail and with the report that he gave us at the end of the inspection which was very thorough. Thank you Paul for doing such a great job. We really appreciate it! N&A
