This is the second time we have used the service. Excellent service. Christian the technician who came to service the fireplace, was very professional, polite and knowledgeable about his product. He went beyond his call of duty. Emily the receptionist is awesome. Always responds in a timely fashion.

Two weeks ago we had this torrential rain and the water was coming out of my retaining walls like a falls. I wrote to Houzz asking for help. They gave our information to three contractors. The only contractor who even responded was Hofstetter Landscaping. Rick showed up on time and went through the whole house and told us we did not need to do anything. Talk about honesty and decency. |Thank you Hofstetter for your honesty and professionalism. Your honesty and professionalism goes a long way. Thank you Houzz for recommending us such a wonderful company.

I am going back to 2003 when I had Carson Dunlop do an inspection. The engineer who did the inspection was very thorough. He explained everything in great details. I then had issues with my basement and I asked for help and Sheila came to do the inspection. This woman climbed al over the place, provided excellent advise and refused to charge. Talk about exceptional service. I then had to go to another inspector recommended by my agent. Unfortunately I could not get Sheilla as she had moved. I regret to this day that I did not use Carson Dunlop and took advise from my real estate agent. One week latter after having bought the house there was a flood and the tiles were placed to hide the mold. This inspector did not even lift the tiles to check the mold. In future I would not use anybody but Carson Dunlop

Called Enercare services as AC was not cooling the house. An agent named Harry came to check the AC unit. Talk about an agent who was punctual, professional. knowledgeable and with highest degree of integrity. The job they did and if I did not have my protection plan would have cost me over $1000. He came a few times fixed it and when he did not have enough gas, he still came in the scorching heat to come and fill the gas. Fantastic company with wonderful technicians. I would highly recommend this service.

Jeff came recommended by a friend and he helped me with the design and quality of the door. Gill the installer came with his team and installed my door in the dead of winter with very positive and professional attitude. During the summer when I was out gardening, people would stop by to ask who had installed my door. I gave his name to so many people, I should have asked Jeff to put me on a commission!!!!!!. It actually was a pleasure to give out his company's name. Unfortunately, this time around I got another company that I met at the home show to install the door. What a mistake!!!! The paint on the door has tiny bubbles the threshold is installed with patches on the stone. What a disaster. The company despite notification of the problems has done nothing so far. Biggest regret, I should have gone to Jeff. Gill had installed my door perfectly. Especially Doors is truly a professional and customer service oriented.

They showed up on time. Very professional and polite and diligent. I have already recommended them to a few people.George is the best.

I was not satisfied with the finishing and the owner argued with the faults, instead of asking how he could rectify the situation. They damaged my skylight, something which their employee agreed to have done.Despite this acknowledgement the owner has not rectified the situation.
