NEVER BUY FROM BAD BOY ESPECIALLY THE BRAMPTON LOCATION!! I have never been more dissatisfied with Customer Service than I have been right now. My husband and I purchased a leather sectional for our basement. Unfortunately, we were not able to fit the sectional down the stairs. The delivery men left the sectional in our garage, after damaging our walls in their attempt to fit the sofa down our stairs. We proceeded to call the Manager at the Brampton location. We first spoke with Jay who advised that we can return the sectional, but would have to pay a 30% restocking fee. They claim our sectional was a special order. The only special order was we chose another colour then what was on display. We were not willing to pay any restocking fee, especially 30%. We then asked to speak with the store General Manager. After a few messages, we finally got a call back from Ali, who told us the same thing. Refused to accept the return of our sectional without providing a 30% restocking fee. The next day, we got a phone call from Shamala who was the store manager working the day we bought our sectional. We were told the same thing that our only option was to pay the 30% restocking fee or keep the sectional (that we have no use for as it does not fit down our basement). I then decided to call head office. I have left three messages for Renza and Rimbi and nobody has returned my call. I am currently on hold again with head office trying to speak to somebody. I have been on hold for an 1 1/2. I will NEVER buy from Bad Boy again nor will anybody that I associate with. They have to be the worst company ever to deal with.
