We had a pipe burst in our apartment building on a weekend. Petko from PJB was dispatched and arrived within the hour. He quickly stopped the leak (we had already turned off the hot water but not the cold yet) and began cutting the pipe. He made a few recommendations to prevent a future leak and was gone within 90mins. Overall good service and a very nice guy. HOWEVER, I speculate that his recommendation of leaving this pipe in use instead of trying ti cap it off or isolate it caused another leak the next week. But that is, of course, an unprofessional opinion. I think they did what they were responsible to do.

I met Sean when I walked past a job site in Vancouver and we struck up a conversation. As I was buying an apartment in the near future, I knew already that I needed an inspectorbto provide a professional opinion (having had a bad experience in the past). Sean Moss inspected my new apartment, which had a rainscreening project about to commence, earlier this year. He was very well organized and showed up early. He pointed out some areas of water ingress but gave my suite an overall clean bill or health. He discussed the potential upside or downside of my purchase candidly with me in great length. Overall, I found the experience very impressive and I have already recommended Sean to two of my colleagues.
