Todd Mounsey (owner of Your Deck Co) is a true leader in the field of luxury decking. He managed our project professionally and expertly from the design process to the installation to create a multi-level masterpiece using Fiberon decking and Trex railings. His design included a multi-level dining area, seating lounge, BBQ zone, and integrated hot tub space. His vision overcame a difficult height issue: our backyard exit door is 7 feet above grade. He made the issue disappear with terrific design so that the house and the deck work together beautifully. Your Deck Company's highly experienced crew built the deck expertly with no flaws to be seen. In short, our deck looks perfect and by using Fiberon PVC decking, it will remain looking that way for many years of maintenance-free enjoyment to come. Because of our height issue, Todd chose tempered glass inserts in the Trex railing to ensure beautiful views of our professionally landscaped pool area. Todd even recommended the landscaper who did an equally amazing, professional job in our backyard. Thank goodness for Todd and Your Deck Company! He took our dream for a "cottage in the backyard" and turned it into a reality (with little to no maintenance too!) Our luxury deck inspires our friends to stand in awe and say, "this backyard is.... incredible". Thanks Todd for building our entertaining "Shangri-La". It's awesome.

Braden transformed our front yard from a dull, uninteresting space into a head-turning landscape that has impressed both our neighbours and passersby who slow to gawk at our new and exciting curb appeal. From the creative design to the quotation to the completion of the project, Braden’s company exceeded all our expectations. Braden spent hours examining the space and conferencing with us to provide creative design advice as well as practical information about possibilities for our front yard. He worked tirelessly with us to ensure that our dream landscape could be achieved within a tight budget. He helped us save costs with creative solutions that still gave us the incredible curb appeal we envisioned for our home. The quotation process was clear, organized and open to many revisions and tweaks that achieved our goal, all within a reasonable budget. Braden worked many hours thinking about our project and spent many more speaking with us in his easygoing, professional manner. Fine Design Living constructed our front yard on time, efficiently, and on-budget respecting both our property and the property of our neighbours. Braden worked as the foreman for a well-organized, respectful, and tidy crew of hard working landscapers. Braden enhanced our front entrance by finding the perfect stones and steps, even at his own cost. Braden’s primary goal was to ensure our front yard met his own exacting standards, even if it cost him some profit off the top. He truly over-delivered on all his promises. Overall, I can’t recommend Braden’s company Fine Design Living enough. I have referred him to friends and neighbours and I will continue to do so in the future. Braden is truly one of the “good guys” in his industry and I thank him for his terrific service, his creative vision, and his execution of our project. I think of him and his remarkable company every time another person stops to compliment us about our property.
