Needed a timer panel replaced, as the cycles were not changing properly. Joe answered my call promptly, came to my home on the same day and explained what the repair entailed. The part was on back order which he advised from the beginning and followed up within the promised time frame. I found Joe honest and professional. He repaired my washer with care and was very neat in the process. The price was fair and Joe requested I advise him if there should be any further problems.
