We called Peter to come take a look at our dishwasher as it had started leaking unexpectedly on Family Day. Peter came the next day at the time he said he would. He was able to diagnose the issue with our dishwasher quickly and promised to come back in 2 days with the new parts. He also provided a breakdown of the expected costs for the repair. Peter came two days later just as he said he would, he was able to quickly repair the machine with the new parts and he stayed to run a test cycle as well. He also gave us a thorough explanation of what went wrong in our machine and why it was leaking. Peter is very professional, he even brought a pair of clean indoor shoes to change into when he was inside the house - very considerate! Left Joe a voicemail and he returned my call the next day within 24 hours. He's a very busy guy but he was able to squeeze me in the following day at lunchtime. He came over and was able to clean out my dryer and fix the squeakiness on the spot within 30 minutes. Joe was fast, courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.
