Horrible. They scrapped my item after "non-pick up", telling me they phoned me. They had written down my phone number on the work order incorrectly. I brought in the unit in January and paid for an estimate. I phoned in March to check on status. They said they were waiting for a part. I phoned again in April and May...still waiting for part. I stopped in at the end of June and was told my item was scrapped. It was worth $200. Likely they sold it. No compensation, no apology, not even my $25 deposit returned. Just a shoulder shrug. And be aware, they are not open on weekends. Nice life.
